Egyptian cottons are very long staple cotton fibers made into very fine, thin yarns which are then weaved into the finest, softest, durable and the most breathable cotton ever made. Some of the amazing qualities of Egyptian Cotton are, Egyptian Cottons are usually hand picked and not machine picked to ensure the fibers are not stressed and are intact, Minimal water is used in growing the cotton and no chemical or pesticides is ever used to soften the Egyptian Cotton fabric. The softness of the fabric is like something you have ever experienced before and it’s all natural. Also, it’s power to absorb liquids makes its colors more Vibrant and more color resistant. This cotton is also very soft, durable, breathable and causes no irritation or harm to your skin. It is very absorbing which lives the fabric made out of this cotton fresh at all times. Bamboo fibers are absolutely environmental friendly as they grow without any chemicals, pesticides or fertilizers. Bamboo uses 1/3 less water to grow, it is also considered a self sufficient crop as it can grow up to 4 feet a day and can be harvested with in 3-4 years while it still replenishes the soil on its own. Bamboo does not need replanting as it can sprout on its own making it less stressful and less time consuming than the planting and harvesting of cotton. Bamboo fabrics are said to be more softer, over 40% more absorbent and breathable than Cotton. Bamboo has ‘antimicrobial’ properties which reduces the presence of bacterial on it’s fabrics, that is why we have chosen this fabric for our towels and bathrobes.
